I'll Love Nobody But You
Jam-Along Backing Track
Lyrics
I’ll never love anybody but you, baby, baby
I’ll never love anybody but you if you’ll be my girl
Oh yes believe me it’s true
Oh yes, I’ll love nobody but you
I’ll always be true to you, baby, baby
I’ll always be true to you if you’ll be my girl
Oh yes believe me it’s true
Oh yes, I’ll love nobody but you
I’ll take you out every night, baby, baby
I’ll take you out if you’ll be my girl
Oh yes believe me it’s true
Oh yes, I’ll love nobody but you
About This Song
I'll Love Nobody But You is a Jim & Jesse original. Jim and Jesse McReynolds recorded it in the late 1950s, and it came out as the flip side of their single "Have You Lost Your Love For Me."
Many players learned it from the Here Today version instead. Here Today was a one-album group of David Grisman, Herb Pedersen, Vince Gill, Emory Gordy Jr. and Jim Buchanan, and their self-titled 1982 record opens with this song.
